Configure SLT ADSL By Your Own

How To Configure SLT ADSL By Yourself..
1. Open Router Page.. (Type in your IP address of Internet gateway ex: 192.168.1.1 in your web browser).

2. Fill in these details

* User name :****@sltadsl.lk (This will be provided by SLT)

* Passwords: (This will be provided by SLT)

* VPI : 8 VCI: 35

* Encapsulation: LLC

* ADSL Mode: GDMT

* Protocol Type: PPPoE

* Authentication Type: PAP

* MTU: 1492

* NAPT: On (This is for Port Forwarding: Helps when you downloading stuff through Torrents)


Fill in the above details and remember to Save and Reboot the ADSL Modem/Router. then your good to browse the web.
